Two Facilities, One Platform

We run our own cloud hardware and network inside two TierPoint data centers: one in Dallas, Texas, and one in Valley Forge (Philadelphia metro). TierPoint operates the buildings, power, and physical security; Togglebox owns and runs the network, servers, and platform inside them. The two locations also back each other up: with DRaaS Enterprise, backups from either location can be stored at the other.

Dallas, Texas (Central US)

Togglebox Dallas runs in the TierPoint Dallas data center. This central US location gives customers across the south-central region low-latency access and complements our East Coast facility.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Eastern US)

Togglebox Philadelphia is hosted in the TierPoint Valley Forge data center (Philadelphia metro area). The Valley Forge campus sits at a dense intersection of East Coast fiber routes, which makes it a strong fit for workloads that need proximity to financial, healthcare, and government networks in the Northeast.

Every device receives 2N A-side/B-side power with redundant backup generation, so a single power path failure does not take hardware offline.

Connectivity

Carrier-neutral facilities with multiple Tier 1 carriers and diverse fiber paths at each site, plus high-capacity connections to regional peering and exchange points. Private links to major cloud providers can be provisioned on request through on-net connectivity marketplaces.

Network Redundancy

We run our own redundant uplinks with BGP routing that moves traffic to a healthy path automatically, so a carrier or fiber failure does not take your services offline.

The 100% facility uptime SLA is TierPoint’s and covers the buildings and power; Togglebox service SLA terms cover the network and servers we run.
