This easy 3-step guide will show you how to increase or decrease resources in your Monthly Cloud.
A Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual billing Cloud Plan
All current invoices Paid
If you need increased limits for an Hourly Cloud, please submit a ticket to the Sales team.
Note: If you plan to Downgrade your cloud, you must first release any applicable resources from your servers.
Note: All unpaid invoices must be paid before you can change resources.
Step 1) Select A Cloud To Scale
From the Client Area go to the My Services menu, and select a Cloud category.
Then, select the cloud from your list that you wish to scale.
Step 2) Scaling Your Cloud
Click the “Scale Cloud” tab
You should now be on your Resources Overview page. This shows you the current resources you have in this cloud.
Click the “Upgrade/Downgrade” button at the bottom to open the Upgrade/Downgrade page.
Next, use the sliders to adjust the resources you wish to change, and click the “Continue” button.
Hint: You can type the desired value into the text inputs instead of using the sliders.
Step 3) Finalize Checkout
Lastly, review the changes, select a method of payment and finalize the Checkout.
Note: The payment due at checkout is pro-rated to your billing period. The checkout review will show both the amount due today, and the new total recurring cost for your subscription.
